Dominic Saunders studied music at York University and at the Royal Academy of Music in London. For over thirty years he has played with many contemporary ensembles such as Jane’s Minstrels, Icebreaker, and Lontano, as well as the London Sinfonietta and others. Concerts have taken him all over Europe and the US, to the Caribbean, and as far afield as Nuuk in Greenland. He is also busy as an accompanist, in chamber music, and as a teacher. Dominic has written on music for the Guardian newspaper, and was awarded an ARAM from the Royal Academy of Music.
